  1. It is a mistake to go to Proof of Stake. Think about what gives a commodity its value. Take the example of Diamonds vs water. People argue that utility makes something valuable but this is wrong. Water has a lot of utility. It is necessary for life, growing crops, industrial process, etc. but it costs next to nothing to purchase because it is cheap to produce. You just have to go to the nearest river and fill a jar for next to nothing in cost. What makes Diamonds valuable? They are pretty to look at but don't do much else. Diamonds costs a lot to mine from the ground. That's where the value comes from. Proof of Work guarantees that a coin costs a lot to create because of the expensive equipment and electricity necessary to create a coin. That's what gives a coin value. With proof of stake, you can use a pretty inexpensive computer using very little electricity cost to validate ETH blockchain. If they go ahead and do Proof of Stake, they will eventually see ETH lose all of its value. This will destroy the coin if they don't change course.

  19. Proof of Stake is going to destroy the coin, nobody is going to really care about interest, and if the coin were to rise the interest falls with it too, BTC is really hard to make a profit too, I think we’ll have to start mining RVN.

  38. is rx 5500 xt a good card to mine? I can't find any rx 580, and here in my country it's either the 5500 xt or the 3070 and higher lmao. There's no cards out there.
