39. Finally got the USB 2PAc to run!
    Could not get it to work at all until I read the official support page at:
    https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5053833.0
    cgi miner did not see the usb device at all until I got the file called:
    4.11.1-windows-gekko

    and also get the latest zadig- which at this moment is version 2.4.
    and the zadig file name is: zadig-2.4.exe
    run zadig-2.4.exe as administrator and make sure the winusb driver is being used.
    then finally my Windows 10 could see it and I was up and running on my

    USB 2.0 port. Now I just have to get it up and running on my 24 port usb hub.
