4. I started when i found 2 Ant miners S3 at a yard sell for $20 bucks. had no idea what they were for until i googled them. I used these 2 miners to learn about crypto ASIC mining. now running 4 S9 miners and have another one on the way so there will be 5 running. 4 pool mining and 1 solo mining . Been mining for around 6 months now.
