  11. Since making headlines after an exponential surge on the charts in the month of March, THE;TA has stagnated somewhat, with April seeing the alt trade sideways for most of the time.   17. Still don't understand the concept. Supposed currency that exchange quickly but seems more like a ponzi scheme. What would be different than paying in dollars with a cc and disputing the charge if your package doesn't arrive?
    Basically you pay a fee to get the crypto currency and when u sell it. But I do understand that many people made money from speculation and by the hype of people buying in.

Money left in savings always end up used with no returns. From a technical point of view of cryptocurrency , the RSI looks promising in favour of the bulls, as the daily RSI is at the bullish territory above 50 (after reversing earlier today). At the same time, the Stochastic RSI oscillator is about to make a bullish crossover at the oversold area. In case this happens, it might assist the market in reaching higher highs. Lots of folks will do so well in the next bull market but you shouldn't be of the mindset to only hold, can be very dangerous.   24. Nobody wants to address the obvious question which should be the first one to ask: Where does the profit come from?. If you invest 10k, and cash out 50k where does the 40k come from? Answer: from the other investors.
    That's fine as long as there are more investors joining and the shortfall comes from the new investors. There is no other source of revenue. Amazingly no bitcoin investors seem to grasp that very basic fact.
    They seem to think when they buy btc, they are investing in blockchain, which is a separate company, or some even think they're investing in hardware ('' a giant supercomputer''). It's possible some actually imagine that the magic blockchain creates money, indeed the term ''crypto mining'' is a misnomer and it's possible that some actually believe that this is creating money.
    But as soon as the flow of investors slows down too much, or too many want to cash out, or everyone realises that there isn't enough money to pay everyone their investment back, let alone the value of their btc, that's it, game over.
    In practice with btc what will happen is that people will start panic selling to try to get some of their money back before it's finished, and so the price will start falling rapidly as nobody wants to buy something that toxic, and because it has no intrinsic value, it will spiral down to zero.
